Stone Glacier is committed to your satisfaction, offering a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn apparel with original tags attached. We strive to ensure your gear meets the highest standards of performance and fit for every expedition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completing the online request.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the printed shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
